Alle bud er bindende.
Ejendomsretten til købte emner overgår først til køber ved betaling af de pågældende emner.
Hammerslaget tillægges et købersalær på 20% inkl. moms.
Hammerslaget tillægges ingen gebyrer.
Betaling sker ved modtagelsen af faktura, hvorefter køber har otte dage til at betale købesummen og eventuelle fragtomkostninger.
Sælgersalæret er mellem 5 % og 15% afhængig af især materialetyper - dog er sælgersalæret på guldmønter 0%.
Sælger betaler ingen gebyrer.
Sælger afregnes 3-5 uger efter salget.
Hvis sælger annullerer en indgået aftale med Oslo Møntgalleri A/S om salg af en genstand på auktion, har Oslo Møntgalleri A/S ret til at opkræve deres samlede tabte salærindtægter (både køber- og sælgersalær) fra sælgeren beregnet på baggrund af auktionssalg af genstanden til dens startpris eller auktionspris på annulleringstidspunktet.
Oslo Møntgalleri A/S forbeholder sig ret til at afvise brugere og bud.
Oslo Møntgalleri A/S har ret til at trække lots ud af auktionen.
Oslo Møntgalleri A/S har ikke ansvar for tekniske fejl eller eksterne forhold, som negativt påvirker auktionsafviklingen.

Forsendelse og ekspedition
Købte emner kan afhentes i butikken på Klamsagervej 35 ST, 8230 Åbyhøj, Aarhus, Danmark.
Forsendelse i Danmark til pakkeshop koster 50 DKK for næsten alle emner.
Forsendelse i Danmark til pakkeshop af større emner f.eks. kasser koster som regel 100 DKK.

Der er forskellige muligheder.
Tålmodige nordmænd kan afhente i vores afdelinger i Oslo eller Haugesund.
Tålmodige nordmænd kan få varer sendt internt i Norge uden sporing for 50 DKK. Forsendelse uden sporing er fuldkommen på købers ansvar.
Tålmodige nordmænd kan få varer sendt internt i Norge med sporing for 125 DKK.
Hurtige forsendelser til Norge koster 200 DKK for de fleste emner.
EU
De fleste emner kan sendes internt i EU for 100 DKK.

Tag kontakt ved spørgsmål eller utilfredshed.
Der er 14 dages returret. Du skal senest 14 dage fra modtagelsen af varen give os meddelelse om fortrydelse på enten tlf. 21214799 eller mm@oslomontgalleri.dk. Køber kan ikke fortryde ved ikke at hente eller modtage varen.
Varen skal returneres i samme stand som ved købstidspunktet. Vi refunderer ikke omkostninger f.eks. porto i forbindelse med returneringen. Køber bærer risikoen for varen fra tidspunktet for varens levering. Hvis vi har afholdt forsendelsesomkostninger fra os til kunden, vil disse direkte omkostninger blive fratrukket refunderingsbeløbet.
Betaling
Vi modtager Mobilepay (nr. 26759) , Vipps (nr. 26759) - og i vores fysiske butik (og via netbutikken) også Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron og MasterCard.
Vi tager ikke kortgebyrer.

Auction conditions
By opening a customer account/user profile, you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions, and that you agree to comply with these.
All bids are legally binding.
Ownership of the purchased lot is transferred to the buyer upon receipt of payment. This includes all associated fees charged by Oslo Møntgalleri A/S.
All successful bids are subject to buyer’s premium. This is charged at 20% incl. VAT of hammer price.
VAT-compliant goods include VAT.
No additional fees are added to hammer price.
Payment must be made within 8 days of receipt of invoice.
Consignor agrees to pay the commission rate - typically between 5% and 15%. Commission is determined by factors such as the type of material. Consignor commission on gold coins is 0%.
Consignor pays no additional fees.
The consignor will be paid the net proceeds from the sale of the item, with commission deducted, 3-5 weeks after the auction date.
If consignor wishes to withdraw an item from the auction after the item has been catalogued, they will be liable to incur a charge equal to the lost commission income (buyer premium and consignor commission). The lost commission value is calculated based on the estimate value, or the value at time of withdrawal – whichever is highest.
We reserve the right to refuse bids and users.
We reserve the right to withdraw lots from the auction.
Oslo Møntgalleri A/S is not responsible for technical errors, or external factors that might negatively affect the auction process.

Oslo Møntgalleri A/S should be informed immediately if any doubts arise regarding the genuineness of the purchased lot, or its conformance with the description.
Returns
Contact us if you have any questions or are dissatisfied with your purchase.
Buyer has 14 days right to withdraw.
If you wish to cancel your order and return your purchase, you must notify us by email within 14 days from date of delivery. The buyer cannot cancel a purchase simply by neglecting to collect or receive the item.
The item must be returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
The buyer bears the sole risk for the item from the time of delivery, and until Oslo Møntgalleri A/S has confirmed receipt of the returned item.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return.
Any transport costs held by us will be deducted from the refunded amount.
